Did you know that the more fruits you consume, the lower the risk you have for cardiovascular disease?

Once again, it has been proved with a study done in China, with more than 500,000 people, where the results show that adults with a higher level of fruit consumption had lower blood pressure and lower blood glucose, which in turn, lowers their risk for cardiovascular disease.
